The nominations are reported to the full CSPA Membership through the Executive Office of the Association at least two weeks prior to the CSPA Annual Meeting. At the first general session of the Annual Meeting, each office and director (except for that to be filled by the Canadian Consumer Specialty Products Association) to be filled shall be appointed by election of the person nominated or by election or any other eligible member who may be nominated from the open floor. The CCSPA appoints one of its officers or directors to serve on the Board of Directors of the Association no later than October 1st of each year. The persons so elected or appointed shall take office at the conclusion of the Annual Meeting at which they are elected.
