Beth L. Law joined the Consumer Specialty Products Association in June 2007. She serves as Staff Executive to the Pest Management Products Division, and leads the International Affairs team and the Environmental Marketing and Claims Committee.
Law's experience includes coordinating regulatory affairs and litigation at the leading trade association for the trucking industry, the American Trucking Associations. At Baxter International Inc. she managed mass tort litigation and settlement issues, related regulatory issues, and insurance coverage litigation. Prior to Baxter, Law was Litigation Counsel at Dow AgroSciences where she managed toxic tort litigation and worked on public relations and governmental affairs efforts involving the company's insecticides and agricultural products. Law began her career handling asbestos and toxic tort cases at the U.S. Department of Labor and later at the U.S. Department of Justice as a Trial Attorney.
Law holds a Juris Doctor from Columbia University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Case Western Reserve University.
