Payment and Refund Policies
Below you will find our current payment and refund policies. The policies listed below supersede all previous policies. Please review the policies carefully as there are no exceptions. If you have any questions about these policies, please contact us (202) 872-8110.
Our typical policy is to collect registration payments on or around 48 hours of receiving and approving event registration forms. Such forms are submitted via email to our Director of Meetings and Conventions where registration forms are approved for correct credit card information. Credit card information will be provided to Capital One Bank in a secured electronic transfer through a security terminal paid for by CSPA.
