CSPA to Co-Sponsor Workshop June 4 on Confidential Statement of Formula and Other Emerging Issues

WASHINGTON, DC (May 1, 2003) – The Consumer Specialty Products Association (CSPA) and the Chemical Producers and Distributors Association (CPDA) will co-sponsor a workshop on The Confidential Statement of Formula and Other Emerging Issues . The workshop will be held on June 4 at the Holiday Inn in Alexandria , VA.

One of the scheduled speakers, Debbie McCall of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, will provide a better understanding of the Confidential Statement of Formula and discuss how to complete the forms, data requirements and common mistakes. Other topics will cover emerging endocrine issues, how to respond to Freedom of Information Act requests, and the Global Harmonization System of Chemical Classification and Labeling.
