Hotel Reservations

To receive the CSPA discounted rate for accommodations, registrants should make their own reservations with the resort  no later than Wednesday, November 15th, 2017. After that date, rooms and rates are available only as space permits. All rooms must be guaranteed with a credit card.

A block of rooms has been set aside for CSPA meeting registrants (rates included below). Please reserve your rooms today to secure their availability. Transportation Arrangements

Air transportation arrangements should be made with the carrier of your choice. It is recommended that you make your reservations at least 30 days in advance in order to receive the lowest possible fares, as December is high travel season to Florida.

In addition to taxicabs, GO Airport Shuttle is available between Fort Lauderdale Airport and the resort. You can pick up the GO Airport Shuttle outside the airport baggage claim area; no reservations necessary.

Product Care Training Sessions
Sunday December 3 - Pre-conference Activities

Speed XChange

Registrants will have one hour of time to participate in the speed networking session held on Monday from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm. The session is intended to quickly meet and greet other attendees and potential drive new business interactions. Please mark on your registration if you are interested in participating within this session.

Golf Outing

Itinerary – Tuesday, December 5th
7:30 am: Depart for golf course – Jacaranda Golf Course
8:00 – 12:30 pm: Golf
12:30 – 1:00 pm: Depart for hotel

Cost - $150, includes:
Green fees
All applicable gratuities
Boxed breakfast

Rental Info:

    • Titleist Clubs and TaylorMade - $69.99 each, plus 6% sales tax
    • If you will be renting golf clubs or shoes, please email Cassy LaRussa (clarussa@cspa.org) with the details – clubs or shoes, men or women, left or right clubs.  We will make sure the golf course has them available and payment will be made the morning of at the pro shop.
